I thought it would be helpful to post the hashes for the sirens in V since most of them are still in the hash code. Make it a bit easier on those siren modders out there.

This isn't the case with SIREN_2 and POLICE_WARNING, as I've found. Otherwise, that's exactly what happens and it's annoying as hell.

Just noticed that AMBULANCE_WARNING doesn't actually do anything, POLICE_WARNING is for all emergency vehicles. Shame

Ambulance warning is used on the ambulance. The ambulance has 4 different siren tones; wail, yelp, ambulance warning, and police warning.

Have you tested this by adding a siren tone to the slot ? Do you know the track length limit or is it the same thing as police warning ?

It should be exact.

Are you sure? I edited it AMBULANCE_WARNING but it never played in game only the 3 sounds wail, yelp and POLICE_WARNING

I've used it before. It's all randomized. You may have to try a few attempts before it shows up.

Through my own trial and error I discovered that the fire engine actually uses 0x037CC595 for its horn.

how about the Manual siren ! how can i add it?

I want to just change policeb: policeb siren --> fbi siren, but I forgot how (which file), that policeb is not ELS enabled
