Hi I hope you guys can help me out. 

I've dragged everything except license and SKD folder into the GTAV main directory but when I want to load at administrator the ragehook its won't start up.

What exactly happens? You click the launcher and nothing shows up?

That is correct, multiple times.

When I had LSPDFR 0.1d, I only could start it ones and everything worked fine. But at the second time and times after that it crashes at the Rockstarlogo so I decided to reinstall GTAV because otherwise nothing worked (even without mods). But I guess that was because of using fraps that you guys do not recommand. So i've removed fraps, is that the reason why it crashed in the LSPDFR 0.1d version? I hope so, but now after the LSPDFR 0.1 e version without fraps its not even responding (same when I had fraps at the e version). Thats all the info I think I can give you but I hope with the d version fraps was the reason of all the crashes.

What do you mean by not responding? Does the launcher start the game and then it crashes?

I am having a similar issue. Installed 0.1e, launched RageHook, then once RageHook said loading, it just sat there and did nothing.

 

Verified my files through Steam and solved this issue.

I mean that it doesn't do anything, not even start up or load. 

Okay i've solved the start up issue because of a update on the ragehook website. But now i'm ingame trying to load the LSPDFR with f4: loadplugin "LSPD First Response.dll" but it says he can't find the file... I've tried it multiple time to bypass it like you guys told others to do but thats not the problem.

I hope you guys can help me one more time! ;)

If he can't find the file, have you checked all the files are in place? Try redownloading LSPDFR?

Which file is missing? LSPDFR itself?

What makoNL said was when player enter to Police station, the plugin is loading with black screen and just stay at there forever.
I'm also having the same problem here~
