tried F4 console doesn't open  / its not loading LSPDFR autmatically

still crashes with the latest ver of scripthook ver 0.0.0.2466   that comes with LSPDFR  0.1e  when accepting a callout

Apaarently Least s far something to do with running bandicam 

Left shift for traffic stop not working  well sometimes have to push it 3-6 times same with E to arrest not really working

i was having crashes at launch, and i got it fixed. When i went on duty, to my dismay, when i clicked y to accept, it crashed, and every time i restart it it crashes every time. solution?

Got this too... Help for fuck sake, people developing this shit, why you make it so unworking?
