The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

I have no problem here with the mod whatsoever, so saying its G17 fault and the only thing you can do is for them to fix it for you is pretty idiotic. People can start by posting their system specs and their steps for installing LSPDFR before blaming the mod, that works perfectly fine on most machines.
