Hey guys, well I really need help with this stuff. okay well I been looking on youtube and I saw alot of videos of like people playing this kind of police game and I love this game and I really need help with this situation.Okay look I been trying to get this game for months now and still no go for myself and you guys might think I am a "Fucking Tool" for asking this but how do I get this game?, please if anyone can team view me or just skype me please do it and help me out getting this game! but I wanna have a different police car, if anyone can..please help me I will appreciate it!

You must own Grand Theft Auto IV for starters, buy it online or in a store. A pirated version will not work.

Then once you have it installed and you've completed a few missions you install the LCPDFR modification onto your game after downloading it from this website.

use 0.95 now RC2-R2 and for new cars use sparkiv 0.6.9 NOT A BETA and go on youtube asking "gta 4 how to install car mods. Also startup and radio are fake as far as I know if you want check with sombody else.
