GTA V Sheriff SUV Texture not changing!

Featured Replies

I edited and uploaded the new .ytd file and checked it in the OpenIV 3d model view to see if the texture changed and it did, but when I launch the game it's the default texture. Did I miss a step or what?

What file did you change it in? And what version of the game do you have?

Version after ill-gottens 2nd update today. Modified it after the fact. I changed the Sheriff2.dds within the sheriff2.ytd file. Checked the 3d model view within openIV and it changed it. My guess is that they need to update openIV to the latest game version.

Might need to check if they added updated files that are overriding the base ones.

Probably. My guess like I said to @cp702 is that OpenIV isn't updated to the latest version of GTA V.

Also to add, I have photoshop with the proper .dds plugins and the texture editor as well so that's not the issue.

Open IV is working perfectly fine for me on the newest update.

Ok so what could be the issue.
