Of course. But that's not what you said. You said going online = ban. The topic starter didn't mention mods as far as I can see.

All respect intended, but there is nothing (as of June 12, 2015 17:37 PDT) in the link that specifically says that a person may not publicly advertise clan recruitment.

With that being said, I understand and respect that you don't have a specific placement for clan/community advertisements, and I will continue to NOT publicly advertise through posts (please lock this thread so no other replies may continue).

According to your own terms the following is stated;

Therefore, my advertising in my signature is not a violation of the rules.

​You don't need mods to enjoy a fun time with a clan online, all you need is a cruiser and imagination. Simply drive around in a police car, pretending to be a cop, with lights on to pull people over, go after speeding cars and fire at them normally, add some friends and it is a good time. You don't need mods for everything my friend.
