okay i been checking around for stuff and here is all i can find. i found a youtube video of a guy with a new chevy caprice. i have included the police car files for it. i have also included the link from this forum for the state police textures which i am sure you have seen. the video in the car looks just like the screenshots from the textures. so hopefully this will fit and you can use this.

bro i would but that car is not even unlock and i got the caprice wheel but the car model is not unlock so i cant touch it and i dont steel people car is not my thing

lol the video is to show how to replace tires not to use that actual car. I know the model in the video isn't a caprice :P

lol for get it i did my own skin for that model on the picture really when you whan something done you batter off to do it on your own
