lights being white?

Featured Replies

Okay, I'm not entirely sure this is being posted in the right forum... but i think it's the most related forum to my problem.

So, Problem; When I attempt to use a Dominator lightstick for the back of my Charger (2014 version, Kansas Highway Patrol like-alike) the lightbar is completely white (Lights/ELS) but they don't move or anything... just kind of acts like a light that just stays white..

Could anyone help me? And if this is in the wrong section... Please don't be a "A-Hole" and close it or whatever, just move it kindly please.

Thanks, OfficerHymer.

If something is white, and it shouldn't be, then you are missing the texture in your .wtd.

If ELS is not moving, and it should be, you have named it wrong in the hierarchy, or you haven't setup the .ini file correctly, or ELS is off etc.

I'll give the link to what it looks like in openiv, but It looks normal in openIV but ingame it looks like a light than els... Doesn't flash or anything, just stays white like a light would... When I put the stuff into the police.wtf file during zmodeler, It inflicted with the dash-lightbar, So I changed the back lightbar from extra_1 to "extra_1_B" and placed it under the "extra_1" that was already there... Is that the reason? If so, what should I do?

Also for some reason the lights in the grill don't work at all... What's the reason? do I need another grill light or something? They're avengers or something... (What should I download to put in the grill, since KHP doesn't use rambars...)

Here's the pictures.

also the lightstick in the back (Dominator Stick or something) was modified by my buddy Dbanker so it'd be red & blue... Anyway that's the problem? 'Cause in the modeler it looks red & blue... but then once I export it and put it into openiv it's clear like in the picture...

Here's what I did... I was told by Dbanker that the charger was buggy or something and I had to put the stuff above chassis if I was going to do stuff inside otherwise it'd appear white. (He just told me that, So I did it, haven't tried it yet)

It's not appearing clear now! :D I assume it should work now? :P And the lightbar looks clear, but I think that's mainly because it's a bad lightbar (The one on the top of the dash, that's unenviable by the picture)
