Indeed, but that is for GTA IV. Did you mean to post this in GTA IV Discussion, or do you wish to know how to use this in GTA V? A little bit more information would be most welcome.

    Understanding of GTAV's data is still pretty basic. Eventually most of it will be cracked open to mess with, but it takes time.

    Better sirens and lightbars are very high on the list of things I'm waiting for.
