I wonder if car mods that are meant for police work can become a medic. I know there are tons of mods out there that have Ford F-450's or Mercedes Sprinters, but it would be "something else" if the medics would turn up in a Ferrari or a Lamborghini!

What exactly do you mean? Do you want them to spawn with paramedics or just have paramedic textures?

If I replace it with the Ambulance, will it be an ambulance driven by paramedics? Also, ELS will still work?

If you mean by changing the textures on it, then yes. If the model is unlocked and you know how, you can also switch around parts. The ambulance or firetruck that you made would have to be in the proper slot, though. ambulance or firetruk.

Well, problem solved for me! Paramedics do drive this LFA! :D

​Yes, if you change the name of the Lamborghini.wft/wtd file to ambulance.wft/.wtd, it will become an ambulance, and will respond to murders and will be driven by paramedics like a normal GTA 4 ambulance will. However, if you have a mod that makes ambulances more functional (where there put people in the back of an ambulance) then it won't work because that is a 2 door vehicle, and might crash the game.
