    Let's just say I have this mod: http://www.gta4-mods.com/vehicles/2011-lamborghini-gallardo-lp570-4-superlegger-f19527 If I replace it with the Ambulance, will it be an ambulance driven by paramedics? Also, ELS will still work?

    I wonder if car mods that are meant for police work can become a medic. I know there are tons of mods out there that have Ford F-450's or Mercedes Sprinters, but it would be "something else" if the medics would turn up in a Ferrari or a Lamborghini! P.S. I'm quite new here, so forgive me if this is in the wrong sub-forum.
