I've seen people everywhere saying that you can get banned for modding Singleplayer. But how are we to really trust them? Did they really ONLY play Singleplayer? 

Everyone talking about the Loch-Ness monster doesnt make it exist. No one got any real evidence for its existence.

Do we any solid evidence for Singleplayer modding ban?

The thing is everyone is currently saying something else and contradicting eachother. Best thing to do if you want to be on the safe side is either disconnect from the internet when playing with mods, or blocking GTA V in the firewall so it can't connect.
