Yes, the city has paid the family $6.4M

Now look, I am against police brutality, but the investigation still isn't done yet and there is some evidence pointing towards the officers innocent, why does this family deserve 6.4 million dollars not only is that absurd, but it just doesn't make sense to me. This whole thing just seems like a cop out by the mayor. (forgive me if I'm using that word wrong)

    The mayor is a crook herself, especially since the police had to follow her orders. Leave the rioters "room to destroy".
