Character gets stuck in vehicle.

Featured Replies

As I'm on patrol I respond to a call out. Once I was on scene I exited the vehicle and secured the scene. Once I got back in the vehicle my character was unresponsive I could not drive the car I could not get out the car too. I tried restarting the game but the problem happens again. This is a bug which I have never seen before and I'm not sure if anyone else had this as I tried to search this problem but nothing comes up so yep this is pretty strange :/

Do you have edited uniforms or ped officers?

Nope I did before but I replaced it back to the original one.

I recommend re-installing LCPDFR.

I'll try that.

Found the problem.

It appears when I place barriers using Callouts+ mod causes my player to freeze when I enter the vehicle. Once a couple of barriers are placed and I enter a vehicle the whole player freezes meaning you cannot drive the car and also you cannot get out. This is one weird bug but I guess I can go with it.

Yeah, that happens when you get too close to a placed barrier. Because the barrier thinks you're a ped & applies the task ( "Don't move" ) to you.

Use SNT (Simple Native Trainer) to ragdoll youself & then un-ragdoll yourself to fix it.

Something similar happened to be a while back. I would place a cone down, then whenever I tried to get in my car it let me get in then took me back out. And it did it for every car I got in.
