your computer may not be able to handle it, or it could be a bad car mod

it might be a bad car mod, because my computer can run it fine without the mod installed but would it still do that when i am not using the mod if it was just a bad car mod? i also tried the team neo mod and that did the same thing so i decided to try this mod and it worked at little better but the whole city still didn't spawn. i also have a update-to-widowsvista cd, do u thing getting windows vista would make it better?

Team Neo?!?!?! YOU SPEAK BLASPHEMY ON THIS SITE!. I think upgrading your entire computer might do some good. or at least a newer system like a rig with 7

i just ran the g17 IV diagnostics and it said that a signal-core cpu is not supported.

i might get a ailenware laptop for Christmas but if i don't get that i might get another gig of ram so then i would have 3 gigs of ram after that

or would installing xlive make it work?

well i think i am going to get more ram but how do i upgrade my signal core computer?

Well, you buy an CPU with more cores. Easy. Like for an example, "Dual Core", Quadcore, etc...

*sigh* so i have to buy a whole new computer? just to make the mod work?

No, No... A new CPU, processor.

I suggest buying a Dual Core if you're low on money.

But don't bother upgrading your CPU before you know your motherboard supports dual cores, etc...

I'd suggest a whole new PC.
