Do you mean fire engines responding to calls or fire trucks just patrolling with no lights?

With Traffic Flow('?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>>) you can have fire trucks spawn and respond to calls randomly.

If you want them to spawn and behave like regular traffic, I think you can edit cargrp.dat and the firetruck will spawn in traffic, however with a civilian driving it.

use "GTAIV-Aud" its an audio editor for gta, You can extract the sounds of one siren and import them to another, im sure there is a tutorial out there.

I wanna make a difference between Police&Fire departments.

It is not possible to have multiple different sirens - you only get the standard wail/yelp tones plus POLICE_WARNING which is used for police cruisers as their piercer tone in vanilla game, and AMBULANCE_WARNING which is used as the piercer tone for ambulancesin vanilla.

Well you might be able to replace the AMBULANCE_WARNING with your own sound you want but then you would have to rename your custom sound to AMBULANCE_WARNING before importing it into the HORNS.ivuad file. I want this too so ill try it also and if it works ill send you it.

Normally, You can mix and match sirens, Sometimes it WILL work, depending on the sample rate of the sound file. Now depending on if you're talking about what I am or, You are trying to blend the two completely together.
