So I know it's a bit of a weird topic and kinda nooby to ask but, how do I install ENB?

So things like iCEnhancer and stuff look really nice and I'd like to use them but when ever I install them (I drag and drop the files, is this right?) my game looks nothing like the screenshots. My cars aren't reflective nor anything else, I've played with the enbseires.ini but still no mager difference.

I also noticed that it's hard to find one made specifically for 1.0.7.0

So what I'm asking in short is, how do you install ENB and if anyone knows where to find a good one for 1.0.7.0

If you are going to use it with lcpdfr its not supported

If you use ELS then ELS/ENB would be good for ya, but use ENB/ELS V2 cause V3 is for Patch 4 V2 is Patch 7 Link : http://gtapolicemods...?do=file&id=739

Also Slimory, I ust to use ELS V6 but my game crashed all the time, will this one you linked me stop that, or will my game keep crashing? (also do you have any idea why my game might of crashed whilst using ELS V6?)

It will mess up the police computer but if you install the game another time for general use you could use enb on that unless you want to remove the enb when playing lcpdfr and then replace it back when you have finnished playing

ELS has alot of bugs, crashing is one of them but i don't really have an issue with too much crashing anymore, as i don't go crazy with modding vehicles, i only mod police vehicles, it also made a big difference when i turned AI ELS off, no more crashes at 3 star wanted level, ENB/ELS only really makes up for what other ENB doesn't have such as making your light's looks way more realistic, and the graphic's are pretty crazy probably the best ENB i've seen to date in my opinion, i don't bother with ENB anymore though, but Sam is currently in the (WIP) department ;) of making Illumination 2.0, which means you don't need ELS for it to work but you use ELS enabled vehicles.

I think Sam want's to get LCPDFR finished before he gets back to that project, it was up before but he discontinued it. all links on youtube are dead

ENB will work with LCPDFR you just have to turn off AAing.

Best / most stable version of ELS to use to stop in game crashing is ELS V5

@K-9 Police, is V5 any good to use?

I use it all the time with LCPDFR and the game hasn't crashed yet with me or the AI using it. ( sometimes he lightbar doesn't light up with th AI using it )

also it depends on your pattern you use from V6 I never go out of the A pattern's so it doesn't bother me the number of choices. Supposedly V6 has more choices than V5 and v6 the lightbar lights up all the time i've seen when the AI uses it, but you run the risk of the game crashing esp during pursuits.

ELS altogether sounds hit or miss.. i played my IV for a good 3 hours yesterday without a single crash, but then scripts start crashing after so long.
