GTA IV Crashing to Desktop

I have been crashing to desktop after installing the snow mod. I have the log from my Reliability Monitor, as well as the LDPDFR diagnostic report log.

These were before and after logs, back to back. The first part of the log is before I installed the snow mod, I CTD'ed because of a script error I believe. The second part of the log is after I installed the mod. I believe it's due to the loadingscreen.wtd that came with the file, because I crash while trying to load the game. I can start it, and before it gets to the Rockstar Logo's and GTA IV logo with sound,but after the beginning credits, it crashes.

 

Please, any help would be GREATLY appreciated!
