hi can anyone make a new york state police slicktop? i've found one but the ELS is very messed up.

I went to the 2nd link and downloaded part 1 of 2 but everytime I try to download part 2 of 2 (which i think has the slicktop) it tells me i dont have permission and i have to wait until the other files are done downloading but part 1 of 2 is already downloaded. i tried using 3 different browsers and still get the same message

Go to the page wait about 10 seconds THEN click download. Let me know how it goes

I believe you will need to make an account, that's at least how I fixed that problem.
