When I run the diagnostic tool it shows its failing

 

When I start the GTA IV from steam - I see the normal game - it appears nothing is loaded? Am I stupid and I am suppose to 'run' something else to get things to work?

    Make sure you have downloaded all requirments to run LCPDFR and i see in the title you use the automatic installaion download the manual installation if you have downloaded all requirments. If these dont work then wait for a higher rank to respond.
