How do i do a in game screen shot?, i wanna do a screen shot of the skins i made, I made a Massachusetts state police (Tahoe, Crown Vic and Charger), Suffolk County (CV), Cambridge, Mass Police (CV), working on Boston Police skins too, these are my home state, I would appreciate the help.

you could just download FRAPS and screen shot using that!

if you have gta through steam you can press f11, or if you could press the "print scrn sysrq" button and then paste it into paint or another image editing program
