Player acting as AI (?)

Featured Replies

So, I have started playing this again, it's all fine and working but there is a very strange problem. I'm using Callouts + by LukeD and whenever I place a barrier somewhere to block any pedestrians and vehicles my character starts acting as an AI. Actually I can walk and all that, but if I enter my car he's just driving around and I can't do anything besides watching; only thing that wakes him up is the crash with other cars or similar stuff.

Anyone had this problem before?

I have following scripts enabled at the time:

- tow truck
- METT mod
- traffic flow
- no overtaking
and Callouts+ by LukeD

That's a problem with my plugin that I already know about. I'm fixing it soon.

The problem is the barrier recognises the player as a ped when in a vehicle and so sets the task to the same as the rest of the AI. All I need to do is block it from interacting with the player.

Hmm, never had this issue before, that's why I thought your script was ok. I've been using it for a quite while now and this is the first time to encounter this.

Anyway, keep up the great work and thanks for the reply
