gta graphics help

It all depends on your price range, and what kind of performance you're aiming for. So first state the price range and how high you want your settings to be. Also, what are your other specs?

Since my question is somewhat similar here goes: I'm shopping around for a laptop, and came across a laptop that I can get for a good price through a friend. It has a 1GBAMD Radeon HD 7690M GDDR5 Discrete Graphics card and a AMD Quad-Core A8-3550MX (2.7GHz/2.0GHz, 4MB L2 Cache) Accelerated Processor. I'm assuming that should be good enough for EFLC/GTAIV, but wanted to make sure.

It's more than enough..

Wish I had one of those for BF3.

Currently running a 6770m with most graphics cranked up high, so yours shouldn't have an issue.
