Hi Guys,

 

I have a 2 fold issue I am hoping you can assist with.

 

ELS V 8.

 

I have tried everything from editing the config files to fresh installs to different ASI Loaders and I can not get ELS V8 to run. I have the partially lit light bar however, no ability to activate lights or bring up he main menu. Am I right in thinking this is an ASI loader issue?

 

ENB

 

I have just purchased a new PC and since getting it have been unable to run any mid/high range ENB despite me having the below system. The game looks as though it is trying to launch and flicks a a black screen for approximately half a second before then resuming to the desktop with no error or hint of the game running.

 

I have narrowed the problem down to the d3d9.dll file. Some ENB's run fine however, Cry etc isn't interested. I have tried removing Nvidea Experience and using various different command lines in both the target shortcut and a text file however, no joy.

 

 

 

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

 

My new PC is:

 

i5 4690k @ 3.5GHz, extreme overclock.

16GB RAM

64 bit Operating system/processor

GTX 970 

 

I have installed:

 

Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable 2005 (x86) 

Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable 2008 (x86)

Visual C++ 2005 Redistributable 2010 (x86)  

 

I have .Net Framework 4.5 installed on Windows 8 and haven't been able to roll it back to 4.0 (unsure if that's the problem.

 

I have an SSD drive with Windows installed and a legitimate Steam Version of GTA4 on a Standard drive. I have copied this GTA4 directory and created another for my "modded" version.
