yes i got this mod 2009-2011 Cadillac DTS President One PresidentOne_V1.1 but i cant use my els at all i installed everythang right and press the right keys to bring up the menu up but it dont work i was wornding if the lights wood still work on it like the non els cars or no and im sorry if this has been posted before i looked before i post but did nt see anythang

If it is an ELS vehicle, but you did not place it in a Police vehicle slot, then you must create a new section in your ELS config file.

Here is an example:

[ Vehicle Name ]

Active = 1

Halogen_Only = 0

yes thats what im talking about i did that but i took it out becuse it did not work i tryed it in a Police vehicle slot and i tryed it both ways

What vehicle did you replace with the one you downloaded? Did you replace the vehicle that the read me file told you to replace? If you changed the name of the .wtd and the .wft files to fit another vehicle, then it may not work correctly.

i replaced it polpatiriot but im going to try it with the Stretch

That was probably the issue. You have to replace vehicles that are in the same class. So you can't replace a boat with a helicopter, a bike with a car, and usually a SUV with a sedan.

Also, when you replace the Stretch, make sure that you create a new line in your ELS configuration file like I showed you.

I don't know if anybody mentioned to just ELS enable the stretch, frankly i'm too tired too read it all lol so just enable els for the stretch, it won't be a police vehicle though, the lights will just flash :)

copy and paste the police and all the number's underneath the very last vehicle, erase police and type in stretch :)
