So I Was watching SteveTrackboys LCPDFR video and I Saw these ped's I really liked I Checked the links he provided and they weren't there can anyone help me?

By looking at the video.. it's definitely not the GTA V peds, it'll be the first link AlexSeidel gave (YCHoP High Quality NYPD Officers)

 

EDIT: Actually looking at the video further, it looks like both links AlexSeidel gave are correct, However he uses the GTA V version peds as a security the guard, the peds he is playing as are the YCHoP High Quality NYPD Officers.

Yeah the beanie is what I'm really looking for

Hm.. according to steve's comments on that video lcpdfr has removed those beanies. Not sure why but i wish i couldve gotten em before hand. My pd uses beanies during winter months

Those are not my YCHoP cops. Looks like he took some other ped and slapped an NYPD patch on it. My peds are more detailed and do not use the strooper pants.

Those are not my YCHoP cops. Looks like he took some other ped and slapped an NYPD patch on it. My peds are more detailed and do not use the strooper pants.
