Hi,I am new in this forum and I just downloaded I visited here mostly to download cars and mods and I hope I am posting this in the right section.

 

I read some stickies around,anyway they don't seem to be solving my problem: I have my LCPDFR giving me error messages y'know,the ones that when you're playing on the top left corner you get "LCPDFR has encountered an error, we advice you to restart the game etc.."

 

This happens mostly when I am on missions or responding to reports,here are my files advancedhook.log and lcpdfr.log.

This is just a part of the log,as you can see from time and date this happens often in a day.

 

Hoping for a solution,I set the ELS_ai_sp to disabled but that didn't work either.

Try running the LCPD:FR diagnostics tool to check if you have any missing dependinces.

 

It says I am running 2 x asi loaders, i have xlive.dll and dsound.dll - which one should I delete?In every case I can't use some mods if I delete one of them, if I delete dsound I can't use els and so on, if I delete xlive I can't load presaved games.

xlive.dll is an asi loader that forces GTA IV to function without Games For Windows.  While this disables multiplayer functionality, it also allows you to load your own savegames not specific to a Windows Live Account.  Dsound is simply an ASI loader that does not affect GTA IV multiplayer.  Even so, ELS can function using xlive.dll instead of dsound.dll. 

So, choosing between them depends on your needs.  If you need multiplayer functionality, choose dsound.dll.  If you need to use your own savegames, and dislike the multiplayer functionality of GTA IV, use xlive.dll.

Alright so I deleted dsound and now the diagnostic tool says I have everything fine except the line "Log Check", that is not green but it's orange bar.

 

What information should I post here that may help solving this?
