My GTA IV hangs after a short time in operation and I have to close it from the control panel

 

I reinstall the game, mod, delete all the files, and again I do not have any more success, the game crashes before certainly time.

It's problably ELS being unstable.  Try:

• Disable ELS on NON-ELS vehicles in slotcontrol.ini
• Disable Cruise Lights in the vehicle configuration file
• Disable ClearRandAIExtras
• (If Above Works) Re-enable and reduce ClearRandAiExtras distance
• Reduce Els_Range_Ai
• Change ASI Loader
