Hey guys im starting a fun and friendly skin competition. Today I was thinking about the state of Jefferson, a proposed idea to split part of northern California and southern oregon into its own state. I than began thinking. If that happens would they create a new state police/troopers/highway patrol? So the idea of this competition is to create the state of Jefferson state police. It can be a skin on any model. You decide what vehicle and whether it will be Troopers,State police,Highway Patrol ect.. The state colors would be green/yellow but design the skin to your liking. I'll include a link to a picture of the state seal for inspiration. After you create the skin post an in game or in openiv screenshot of the skin on a vehicle in a comment. After a week I'll choose my favorite.
