I see these LCPDFR MDC tools everywhere but they're all for MP use, and I'd like a nice-looking program where you can fill out a police report and save them just for fun.

Does anyone know of one? It doesn't have to be an in-game tool either, windows program works fine.

    I am currently working on an online Clan System.  It allows you to write reports and add calls, along with many other features.  Even though it is geared towards MP, you could just set up your own clan and do it by yourself!  I am going to be releasing it pretty soon, I hope.  I am currently trying to add as many features as I can possibly think of.
