GTA IV Crash

Unfortunately I havent been able to ever fully enjoy playing GTA IV for at least an hour without crashing or some error happening, lately I have been going through sites trying to figure out whats wrong but I cant find anything so I need help on this. 

 

Computer specs:

i7 4790 3.6

GTX 970 4GB 

8GB RAM

ASUS z97 Pro

2T Hard drive

 

After 5 min 20 at most of playing with LCPDFR, ELS V8, some car mods (only police) and enb my game keep crashing giving me the same error every time;
