Unfortunately I havent been able to ever fully enjoy playing GTA IV for at least an hour without crashing or some error happening, lately I have been going through sites trying to figure out whats wrong but I cant find anything so I need help on this. I cant release, the vehicle needs some work done on it model wise with the interior and I cant do that. -
The flag is actually like that since on the real car was actually pealing off so I wanted to make it as similar as I could in game. Video will come soon of both real and in game.

I need help ASAP finding a CVPI Model that has a lightbar (any) but vehicle needs to have HG2 Runner light, dashboard and more if able. I made this skin and some modifications to the light bar to make it exactly like the real life one. This mod has not been released yet but maybe it will be later on.Sounds like the Federal Signal Interceptor 400
