I was just wondering someone could do a marching script mod that you can march and i think is very good for clans

if they are planning a police parade and spawn a bunch of ai policemen line up for a march and your the parade commander

it can be also for single player

You could try checking GTA4-mods.com.  I wouldn't be surprised if someone made a mod like that over there.

I guess you could do it manually through the animation menu of Simple Native Trainer, but it's really complicated as you would probably have to edit some of them.
