And ironically yes I am running GTA 4 as an admin, before I had the mods installed, I had a few glitches with the game that seemed to stop happening by running as admin. Also, I only have LCPDFR installed, no custom cars, scripts, CLEO, or even the Emergancy Light Bar mod o_o

Ok so I was driving around Westdyke and I saw one of the "random events" (foot pursuits) I attemped to arrest the women, but a script failed and she pulled out her gun....my AI and the officer pursuing her both shot her to death. Then I found this:

You can't really blame that on a bug. They are two completely different posts. If they were identical then yes but they were one hour apart and were both different. Definitely not caused by a bug.

LCPDFR multiplayer is very, very buggy, the random world events will cause errors, as will using any form of car mod.
