"DISCLAIMER" THIS IS A MOD IDEA ONLY AND IF I PUT THIS POST IN THE WRONG SECTION PLEASE TELL ME.

 

Its a car pack idea that has been bugging more for over 2 years now, basicly its a full car pack that brings GTA IV back to 2001 (When GTA III took place). It was inspired by RealNewYork's 1988 car pack. Anyone got any good suggestions?
