All I'm asking for is some development tools.

- Explorer (not with weird effects to tire or back lights like unlocked model on LCPDFR)

 

Lighting:

- Custom Whelen Liberty with Traffic Advisory

- Grill Lights

Do put the guns in the same way I import them or is there a special way I have to do it?

import them the same way :)

oh and the material will be name gta_default, change gta_default to interior2 otherwise they won't show up ingame

I got that done. Thanks for that. Also, is it the same way for grill lights with the importing and just putting them in the grill or is there a way I have to do it?

just the same :D but those lights arent named correctly :p change eks red/blue to extra_1 and the other one th extra_2

Unless you want to remap the lights (So if it comes with one red module, but you need one that's blue as well), you don't need to change anything.
