I've been looking at some old topics, and some people mentioned a tool to add all the Episodes from Liberty City vehicles into just the base game (Grand Theft Auto IV). I've done some searching, but I haven't been able to find such a tool.

 

Does anyone know one?

There's a mod called More Vehicles which puts EFLC vehicles into GTA IV.
