I have installed LCPDFR mod perfectly and it works fine, but the backup is the problem.

I have ELS V6 installed, plus cop cars which are ELS enabled.

Anyway, when i call backup, i hear them coming with sirens and lights, but when they come near me, they slow down to normal speed and turn's their lights and sirens off.

I have never played LCPDFR without this bug. HOW i can fix it? Add a link here.

And a little offtopic: how i can fix that bug when there is only cop cars and taxis everywhere?

I have never experienced anything like that with the backup units, except in multiplayer. They turn off their siren and slow down but still chase the suspect. There's no fix for it at this time, i think. Also, the cop car and taxi bug cannot be fully fixed but you can always use modifications wich replaces taxis and cop cars with other vehicles like this mod: http://www.gtaforums.com/index.php?showtopic=437368&st=0

Also, for a sure fix on the taxi spawning bug, remove your car mods.

That's what i mean! It wont work in SP, haven't tried MP, eh..
