Hi guys, i know i keep making topics about lcpdfr not working but im really anxious to play this mod

Ok so after installing lcpdfr 0.91, the game loads and starts normally, then after a minute the game just crashes and "stops working"

After a minute of playing regular GTA or of playing with LCPD:FR activated?

Do you have any other modifications to your game? Please list them all, including modded vehicles.

That problem is some what similar to this problem

The only thing I can tell you to do is buy a disk version of this game unless someone can find a fix for it, which one has not been found yet.

Try making a folder in you're Program Files and call it Rockstar Games, then try to install GTA 4 there and see if it works. I am not sure but it might work, you can test it and report it here. It seems everyone who has the 2K version of this game seems to have problems with it.

Ok i will try, ill have to do it tommorow though, considering it takes about 4 hours to install gta in my computer,

Ill post the results in here tommorow, hopefully it works

Yeah everyone with the version that installed in /2k games/ seems to have issues. It works fine with steam versions and regular rockstar retail versions so it shouldn't be directory related.

It may not be. I am guessing it is the game itself from Impulse. The link I mentionted in my other post, According to they guy he bought the disk version of this game and he said it worked 100% for him. I would just suggest you buy the game at a local store this way you know it will work. Something is just causing the mod not to work correctly.

Yes, but it is possible to easily change that with a click. If you are having problems yourself, please create a new topic in the support forums.

Do you guys think that if i try to download and install the LCPDFR 0.95 version instead of the 0.91 version, would it work?

Try it. You never know it may work.

YESS!!! it worked! LCPDFR 0.95 is compatible with impulse version of gta iv finally! great mod!
