Creating an animated logo

Featured Replies

Dear LCPD:FR community and design specialists,

I have a very specific request, and because I seem to be absolutely uncapable of doing it myself, I am here to ask for your help. Maybe you're a hobby web designer, or professional logo-creator - whatever you are, I hope you can help me.

I am looking for somebody helping me 1) make a nice logo for my youtube channel and 2) animating that logo to work as an intro to my videos. You know, I am not really from the creative field, so I tried to learn After Effects and Sony Vegas with the help of youtube tutorials. While I think I did learn a little bit, my results are always the same: They look unprofessional (well ... because they are).

I already have some concepts, still I fail in making them look like I really imagine them and in creating an awesome looking logo or intro from these concepts. But I really don't want to start making youtube videos like EMS MOD showcases until I can make the videos look good as well, and for that I really need an intro and a logo.

So I really hope there are some guys out there who could actually help me out, I'd appreciate it!

You can do simple animations with Photoshop too. It's not as in-depth, but it works. I wouldn't mind helping you out when I have time. It's been a while since I've done something creative...
I'm willing to help out though!
