I use a controller now and is working well (Can do pursuits without getting put in a Feltzer :D) but I cannot figure out the button to update status on controller and have completely forgotten the keyboard one as I haven't used LCPDFR since 1.0B was released.

you press down on the d pad to go on and off duty.

To go back on duty with keyboard I think its either E or alt E.

D Pad down just toggles callouts. It's Alp+P to go on duty. Plus doing that means I have to go through the police station,

lol I think I misread that. on my directional pad pushing down updates status. It marks you busy or not busy to receive calls. I actually have not found a button yet to make that phone with the X disappear so I just do the alt E thing

If you figure that out let me know and I'll check it out myself once I get home

To clear yourself from a call (remove the phone with an X), you press Alt-E on the keyboard. There is no control on the controller by default, it is in LCPDFR.ini under [KeybindingsController] though:

UpdateCalloutStateModifierKey=None
UpdateCalloutState=None
