Hello all. Mod looks great. Quick question. Do i have to get past a certain point in GTA IV to play this mod? I haven't played the game in ages but for some reason I remember that it takes a while to open up the game. Like there is a few missions I have to do before LC is open. Or can I just install LCPDFR right away?
