I'm hoping this hasn't already been addressed, I did make a search and nothing came up, but if I over looked something, I apologize

I'm wondering how you can get the police scanner working in the background while driving around a cop car, I tried putting it on independence radio, with shuffle and that didn't work, as well as sequence, how do I enable this?

That is in the other police mod,,,.........I do not think the guys working on this mod has that feature,...It would add some realism to the game thoe and be cool to see.

I tried that other mod...I didn't have that scanner effect, are you sure its not added in after the fact it was recorded considering all the effect i hear are like 3 times GTA volume? and what do you mean....INDEPENDENCE RADIO? that's a radio station for the civ cars...though i know how to bypass it and run it in a cop car...

Omfg, you can simpy go to one of MANY websites which offer live scanner feeds from throughout the US and listen to it whilst playing LCPDFR. I am not going to add this into LCPDFR as it will just be laggy as fuck when called throughout the script.

lol, fair enough, and I see, didn't know that it would make it all laggy, but thanks for the help, and I'm fairly new, and I know this has been addressed a couple tiems, but whats the best way to arrest someone, like you've heard, every time they go on their knees and then there on the ground and thats it, what do I do?

You just walk up to them and press ALT + H - do not aim at them.

I just listen to my actual scanner, lol.

Also, how do you get a civ radio in the Police car? Be nice to listen to some music while on patrol.
