Hello there -- welcome to LCPDFR.com and thanks for trying out LCPDFR.

You failed to read the instructions before posting in this forum. So we'll remind you of them.

Please do the following:

  • Make sure you aren't using a crack - We don't support cracks
  • Update GTA IV to 1.0.7.0 (the latest version of the game, or 1.1.2.0 for EFLC) - This sometimes fixes a wide variety of issues
  • Make sure that you run the game as an administrator.
  • Make sure that your GTA IV root folder (and every subdirectory) is not set to "read-only"
  • Ensure that ScriptHook.dll, ScriptHookDotNet.asi and Dsound.dll OR Xlive.dll are in the GTA IV ROOT folder
  • Ensure that there is a folder titled 'LCPDFR' in the ROOT GTA IV folder.
  • Check that all the above files exist, if they do not, reinstall LCPDFR with the MANUAL installation.
  • Ensure that you are using up to date versions of every LCPDFR dependency and LCPDFR itself.
  • Install these: .Net Framework 4.5Microsoft Visual C++ Redist 2012

Yes! Yes! Yes! Yes! I found a fix! I had this error like 2 hours ago when I put LCPD:FR again as I felt like playing it, and I had this error before, however I gave up last time. This time I just followed logic...it says that logs are checked. Logs.

What did I do? I just deleted them all. I deleted LCPDFR.txt from GTA IV directory and it worked! I hope it works for ya'll!

EDIT: I just put Native Trainer and it fucked again :P I got scared when it didn't fix when I deleted LCPDFR.txt again, but heh, then I deleted ScriptHook and AdvancedHook and stuff like that's all txt logs and it fixed. Just wanted to let you know so that you don't panic when it doesn't work with deleting LCPDFR.txt :P Enjoy! Hope it works for you! <3

By the way after starting the game once logs are deleted, it will create the logs again of course, meaning that you'll have to delete them again once you've finished your gameplay once and wanna continue later. Would be nice if there's some fix for it soon so that you don't need to actually delete these logs, especially as you have to every time, but oh, fair enough - at least we can play it!

Not sure if LCPD:FR for GTA IV is still developed though as GTA V is out. Heh.
