[REQ] unmarked F-150 and Interceptor

Featured Replies

Was wondering if someone could make me a Unmarked F150(all blue lights) and a 2014 explorer police interceptor with all blue lights. (both cars in black or white) Thanks in advance!

Also! can i get them made for Noose and Noose Stockade spots? or is that too hard.

I think there are some F150's being made (none release that I can find), but there's plenty of options for unmarked 2014 Explorers already. You just have to look.

As for installing them in those slots, you can just rename the .wft and .wtd files to noose or nstockade, and either install them manually with SparkIV/OpenIV, or use the Vehicle Mod Installer (in which case you don't have to rename the files, just choose a slot to install it to).

Alright, is there an unmarked explorers in all blue that you know of?

I don't know of any that are all blue but if you find one you like you can retexture the ELS.  I suggest using pain.net or GIMP or Photoshop and just select the blue light diodes and paste them over the red ones.

Your best bet to get someone to make you a vehicle would be to layout what kind of lighting equipment or setup you were looking for on the vehicles. Also, most slicktop vehicles can have the light colors changed simply by editing the texture files of the vehicle and changing the red light to a blue texture. Simple to do using Open IV and any free photo editing software.

Is this what you are looking for? Closest I can find so far. I'll update this post if I find another.

Just made a video for a FPIU w/all blue lights. Here ya go -  DL link in video description. To change the color of the car you must a transparent livery selected, then go to the second page of car options (in the SNT) and it says "car color menu" click on that and you have over a 100 different colors to choose from.

If you're wondering, SNT is Simple Native Trainer.

Additionally, if you want all these Explorers to spawn in black, go to your directory, then common > data, then go down to carcols.dat and open it with Notepad. Use Ctrl+F (or the "find" option) and navigate to noose or nstockade (whichever you installed the Explorer to) and change it to one of these:*

noose, 0,0,0,
nstockade,	0,0,0,

If you want them to be white instead or a mixture of black and white, change these to 255 or a mix of 255's and 0's. *I'm assuming that these cars don't have colors defined by textures, but if they do, then you'll have to change the color in the texture file (but that's not hard either).

As for changing the light color on that F150, use this tutorial: https://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action/_/texturing-tips-and-tutorials/how-to-change-els-lightbar-colors-r20
