GTA IV has stopped working please help

hello,

 

I played LCPDFR perfectly for like 2 weeks in a row, but then suddenly a week ago, it just doesn't work anymore. I tried EVERYTHING! reinstalled the game like 3 times now, tried almost everything I could find... but it still doesn't work. GTA IV works fine without LCPDFR but once i install LCPDFR, i can't even get in the game. Please help me because i love LCPDFR so much.
