I was recently sifting through what modes the sites hold and I haven't spotted one, I don't think LCPDFR.com has one have you tried gtamods?

Hey bud so far the only thing I have found are different ped skins like this one which makes it look like a different radio, but when you do an ID check the officer still holds that clunky brick. Probably not what you wanted its the best I can find so far.
