Ok, I LOVE lcpdfr, you guys made like a whole other game, but im guessing my computer isn't very happy with it. I know LCPDFR on GTA IV isn't very that stable so im gonna give you EVERYTHING I KNOW. I am providing some documents and pictures too.

I do have a FEW problems and I believe one builds up on the other. First of all I downloaded lcpdfr 1.0 and when I click alt+p nothing the screen just goes blury (I  think its suppose to be like that), and when I exit a message comes up saying fatal error something about memory plz re-boot (Which I have still the same thing) and 3rd of all the LCPDFR Diagnostic Tool I have 2 red bars 1 is"Failed to find x86 verson of d3dx9_" and the other one is "Log files checked see report for more....(it got cut off). When I try to go to my log files a message comes up saying "Failed to write log to file:Access to path 'C:Program FilesRockstar GamesEFLCscriptsLCPDFRDiagnostics_4.1.2015_22_57_49.log' is denied... Do you want the content to be copied to your clipboard" And I did copy it and pasted it to a .doc.And when I run the Diagnostic tool it says one or more components required to run ScriptHookDotNet are missing?? Well that's all my problems now heres the facts

First of all, im playing LCPDFR 1.0d.

I run the game as a administrator

Im playing EFLC, and I prefer to play LCPDFR on The Ballad Of Gay Tony (TBoGT)

I do have some active cheats on the game

My game has absolutely no mods, its vanilla (Except LCPDFR 1.0)

I am not very far on the game

I have downloaded other versions of lcpdfr (9.5)

lcpdfr 9.5 is FULLY uninstalled thou

I do have a virus/malware protection

Im on windows 8.1

I bought GTA IV EFLC on amazon download

I have had other mods on the game BEFORE, but I uninstalled the game so its clean now

My files in the GTA DIR do look kinda weird, like LCPDFR is suppose to be in scripts right? Well its not its in the main dir  I don't know how that happened and a few other stuff isn't right but its not MAJORLY messed up.

I did not download LCPDFR 1.0 alternative auto download

I downloaded the automatic download

I have a good internet connection

I Do not have windows 7 64 or 86bit

My gta IV version is the latest 1.1.2.0 (I hope that's the latest)

And I found out about a program called Large Adress Aware and it said it helps with the game and stuff so I did run it on the game.

I am signed into games for windows live

That's pretty much all the facts.

Everyone is welcomed to look at the pictures and my log.

Thank you for a detailed report.

For the blurriness, that is a GTA IV function. Press P again and it will return to normal. You can change the keybind for definition in the control options on the pause screen.

For the exit error, you can ignore that. It is related to how LCPDFR installs the taser.

For the d3dx9_43.dll, install this: http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35

For the directory issues, only "LCPDFR Loader.net.dll" should be in the scripts folder. Everything else should be in the main GTA IV folder. If you have a folder (folder, not file) called "LCPD First Response," this is because the installation screwed up. Open it, and copy all of its contents out to your main GTA IV folder, then delete it.

Oh wow, thanks for giving me that link, but I still have one more red bar? Its the Log check the very bottom bar in the diagnostic tool? Its still red? Is that very important or can I just forget about it?

If the mod works then you can ignore it.
