certain cars not working?

Featured Replies

so when i installed a black and white CVPI into sparkIV it worked in LCPDFR. Then once I tried another CVPI and a charger, the first time they worked in game, but now when I put them in SparkIV they wont show up in the game. Am I doing something wrong? and when I click on "police" in sparkIV after I modded the cars, it shows pics of the new car i put in. help!

do i need to edit it and add car mods in the TBoGT folder (which is the game im using)?

It's not showing up in the game when you are selecting the car? Have you tried restarting the game? Did you change the skin what so ever?

yeah its not showing up in the game. well im reinstalling LCPDFR now cuz i messed something up, and no i didnt change the skins.

on a side note -- when I just tried to start lcpdfr it says "xnetstartup failed....restart your system etc..." what should I do? reinstall GTA EFLC?

I might uninstall GTA and then reinstall it. I have the time to install it again and its not working now.

im reinstalling it now.

Since you are already reinstalling the game, this suggestion is probably null, but if you didn't yet, I would suggest you uninstall each script/vehicle modification you have one at a time. Usually, you can pinpoint the problematic modification that way. Since you say you already are reinstalling GTA EFLC, I would suggest you install one modification at a time, and each time you install you run the game and play LCPDFR for a few minutes to check for any errors.

thats what im gonna do -- on a side note -- i somehow managed to change everything on my computer to open in notepad, and i cant open any prgrams -- do you know a fix for this?

You should still be able to edit files in Notepad. Is this just for the GTA directory, or your whole computer? Actually, most .ini files are opened with Notepad. How would the text reader format for files affect their stability, anyways? Perhaps someone more informed than I can help answer this question more completely.

It sounded like you put your modded cars into gtaiv rather than eflc so yeah...

Also;

This isn't the support forum.

When I say GTA I mean EFLC, cuz EFLC is part of GTA
